You are in Nice or on the French Riviera, and you have never seen Paris. Here is your chance. Let us take you to the capital and bring you back, door to door. You can do this in a single day, or, if you can spare the time, more comfortably, in two days, with a night in a 4-star hotel in Paris.

One-day tour
Our chauffeur will come early in the morning to your hotel to take you to Nice airport, where you will take a short one hour flight to Paris. On arrival in Paris, a friendly guide who speaks your language, will welcome you at the exit gate of your flight and take you to your waiting chauffeured car or minibus. You will drive into Paris (between 30 and 60 minutes depending on traffic) and take a private tour of the city’s most famous monuments and sites. You will see all of the major monuments including the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées, the Opéra, Notre-Dame (with interior visit, if open), Montparnasse, Napoléon’s Tomb, the Arch of Triumph, place de la Concorde, etc. Your guide will give you a live commentary of the sites and will answer any questions you have about Paris. If you already know Paris, you may prefer to concentrate on a certain section of the capital, such as Montmartre, the Latin Quarter, or the Marais, or visit the Louvre, or Versailles Chateau just outside Paris.

At around 1 PM, we will arrange lunch for you in a fine French restaurant, or in the restaurant on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, or simply a quick lunch. Or, if you prefer your own national cuisine, or any other cuisine, we can arrange a suitable table. One of the great things about Paris is the number of restaurants there are from all over the world. So if you are in the mood, try Japanese or Korean or Persian or any other kind of food you like. You may or may not invite the guide to lunch.

After lunch, you can enjoy a one-hour ride on the riverboat and see the handsome and historic buildings of  Paris as you cruise calmly along the Seine: Paris’ Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, place de la Concorde, Hôtel des Invalides, the Conciergerie, the musée de Louvre, Notre-Dame, Île de la Cité, Île Saint-Louis and much more. It is impressive how many of Paris’ historical monuments are located along and visible from the river. If time permits, you can visit the artists’ area of Montmartre on a hilltop on the edge of Paris. Or, especially on a rainy day, it might be a good idea to visit the Louvre, or another museum.

At some stage, alas you will have to call it a day, and head back to the airport, to catch your plane around 7 PM back to Nice. At Nice airport, you will take a taxi to your hotel, in time for dinner and a well-earned rest. You will have had a big adventure, all in one day.

Two-day tour
The same as above for the first day. Except that you will have one night in Paris in a stylish 3-star or 4-star hotel in the heart of Paris. We will check you in at some time in the afternoon or evening. You can use this evening to rest, see Paris at night on your own, or we can arrange a night out for you: dinner on a river cruise, with music and dancing is a fine option. Or a night at the Lido, the Moulin Rouge or the Crazy Horse? Or the theater or ballet or opera? We would arrange door to door transport for any of these events. The next day, you would have another full day to explore Paris. You may or may not wish to use one of our guides. We can arrange simply a car and chauffeur. If you know Paris already, why not use this chance to go out of the city, enjoy some fresh air and see some more of France. We can suggest a visit to Versailles Chateaux, seat of royalty and a fine example of classical French architecture. Other possibilities are a tour of the Champagne valley, with wine tasting in the famous cellars of Moët et Chandon, Mumm and Castellanne. Another visit is to the famous castles of the Loire valley (Chambord, Chenonceau, Amboise, etc.). You can do any of these tours privately, with your own chauffeur and guide, or join a prearraned group tour in a minibus.

At the end of your second day, we will take you to the airport to catch your flight back to Nice, around 7 PM.
